Sealcoat Specialists is home of the THREE YEAR PRICE GUARANTEE. We will honor the same price for for sealcoating and crack filling within the first three years from when we completed your project.

Why would we do this?

In order to keep cost down for the customer a regular maintenance plan is recommended. The easiest way to extend the life of your asphalt is to develop a pavement maintenance plan involving regular inspections and periodic asphalt preservation and preventative maintenance techniques. We believe that a 3 year maintenance plan gives you the best avenue to ensure your asphalt last a long time.

Warranty

All material is guaranteed to be specified. All work to be completed in a workmanlike manner according to standard practices. Sealcoating warranties do not normally cover peeling and/or flaking due to issues beyond our control. Issues include but not limited to are abuse of asphalt, tree sap, chemicals, low spots, damage by snow equipment and wear caused by power steering turns. Crack, new or old that open or open after being filled are beyond our control. At our discretion we may re-spray the entire drive at no charge or at a discounted price. Wear and tear is not considered a warranty issue. Any alteration or deviation from above specification involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. All agreements contingent upon strikes, accidents or delays beyond our control. Owner to carry fire, tornado and other necessary insurance. Our workers are fully covered by Workman's Compensation Insurance.
